I wouldn’t use anyone else for A/C repairs! Spring Branch took care of me quickly and the service tech Juan was FANTASTIC!! Very kind and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me, and got me back up and running and diagnosed another problem that other companies totally missed! Spring Branch totally has my trust! Spring Branch A/C & Plumbing was out this week and as usual they did an outstanding job! Replaced the ceiling vent and redirected the return in the attic. I have to say Juan is always timely and courteous! It was a wonderful experience as always and I truly appreciate his professionalism. It’s hard finding a company that actually provides great customer service and excellence in work these days, and they continue to demonstrate both. Very respectful, extremely hard working, good pricing, considerate of what was important to fix and what could wait, a one stop shop for getting my older home up to date and not breaking the bank doing so.
