Juan was great. I have to apologize that I thought that the hose was not clamped on properly. The point of entry into my line is a crazy shape but Juan figured it out today. He replaced a compressor he checked all of my AC lines and balanced my airflow through the dampers. One is super knowledgeable, friendly and truly listens.

Absolute joy to work with. Prompt and concise. Made sure I was aware of the techs time. When you have to have a window of time for each appt it'd great to know where the tech is in regards to your appt. Top Notch and highly recommend!
